After your purchase, we’ll set up a dedicated memorial page for your loved one. This page is fully customisable, allowing you to add cherished photos, heartfelt messages, and videos to celebrate their life. We'll provide you with all the details to access and manage the page, giving you complete control to create a lasting tribute that reflects their memory.
STEP 2
We’ll design and personalise a stunning slate plaque featuring a unique QR code linked directly to your loved one’s memorial page. Each plaque is carefully crafted to honour their legacy with elegance and durability. Once complete, your plaque will be securely packaged and sent to you via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, ensuring it arrives safely.
STEP 3
Once received, you can place the plaque wherever you feel best honours your loved one—whether it’s attached to a headstone, a favourite spot, or any meaningful location. The QR code on the plaque allows friends, family and anyone with a phone to easily access the memorial page, ensuring their life and legacy are beautifully remembered and shared.

Is there a subscription fee?
No, there is no subscription fee. Once purchased, your membership and access to the memorial page are completely free for life.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
As each plaque is handmade, please allow 5 days.
Can I modify the page?
Absolutely, you'll have a username and password to log in as an admin and you can modify as and when you need.
How do i attach it to a headstone?
We supply industrial-strength masonry tape. Once it's on it'll take some effort to remove!
Can i get a bespoke design?
Absolutely, it's one of the options we offer at checkout. You'll have a dedicated designer who will help you with your ideas.
Can i upload photos & videos?
The more, the merrier!
CAN I USE IT FOR PETS?
You can, we've even had some members use it to remember buildings that no longer stand.
WHAT SIZE IS THE PLAQUE?
10cm x 10cm x 2cm (ish) as we use natural slate we can't guarantee exact measurements.
